Evidence-Based Ketamine Treatment for Depression and Other Treatment-Resistant Conditions
At Aspire Medical Group, we offer in-office ketamine therapy and at-home ketamine treatment for eligible adults with certain psychiatric conditions who have not achieved adequate improvement with conventional treatments.
Ketamine has emerged as an important treatment option for some individuals with treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder, bipolar depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and certain chronic pain conditions. Unlike traditional antidepressants, which may require several weeks to become effective, ketamine can produce more rapid improvements in depressive symptoms for some patients.
Ketamine therapy is not appropriate for everyone. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is required to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate based on your diagnosis, medical history, current medications, previous treatment response, and individual risk factors.
Our Care Philosophy
At Aspire Medical Group, our philosophy is to treat every patient as if they were a family member or friend. We will treat you with the same, dedication and commitment that we would invest in those closest to us. You are more than just a set of symptoms and test results. We strive to provide care by acknowledging each person's individuality while providing unconditionally compassionate care, educating patients and families, and striving to promote a healthcare environment that is therapeutic and respectful of all human beings.
We believe in taking a holistic approach to care, respecting our patients' cultural beliefs, ethnic background, and personal preferences. Our clinicians are patient-focused, approaching health and illness through the lens of the whole person, and believe that health can only be achieved when all aspects of the patient, including physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental are addressed. We will put your best health interests first.
In-Office Ketamine Therapy
Our in-office ketamine treatments are performed in a comfortable clinical setting under medical supervision.
During treatment, your provider monitors your response and helps ensure your safety throughout the session.
Depending on your treatment plan, ketamine may be administered by intravenous (IV) infusion, intramuscular (IM) injection, or another clinically appropriate route.
Patients remain in the office for observation following treatment and must arrange transportation home, as driving is not permitted until the effects of ketamine have completely resolved.

At-Home Ketamine Treatment
For carefully selected patients, Aspire Medical Group also offers at-home ketamine treatment.
Before treatment begins, patients undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and receive detailed education regarding medication administration, expected effects, safety precautions, and follow-up care.
Treatment is prescribed only for appropriate candidates and includes ongoing monitoring through scheduled follow-up appointments. Patients receive individualized dosing instructions and guidance regarding treatment frequency, symptom monitoring, and when to contact their provider.
At-home ketamine should only be taken exactly as prescribed and in accordance with all safety instructions provided by your healthcare team.

Is Ketamine Right for You?
Ketamine therapy is not considered a first-line treatment for most psychiatric conditions. It is generally reserved for patients who have not responded adequately to conventional therapies or who may benefit from a more rapid antidepressant effect.

During your consultation, your provider will determine whether ketamine therapy is appropriate and discuss the potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected course of treatment.
