Personalized, Evidence-Based Weight Loss for Long-Term Health
At Aspire Medical Group, we provide comprehensive medical weight management for adults seeking a safe, effective, and individualized approach to weight loss. Our goal is to help patients achieve sustainable weight reduction while improving their overall health, metabolic function, and quality of life.
Weight gain is influenced by many factors, including genetics, hormones, metabolism, medical conditions, medications, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress. Successful weight management requires more than simply eating less or exercising more. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may be contributing to excess weight while developing a personalized treatment plan that supports long-term success.
Whether your goal is improving your health, reducing your risk of chronic disease, or feeling more confident, we work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Our Weight Loss Solutions:
Who May Benefit?
Medical weight management may be appropriate for adults who:
- Have a body mass index (BMI) consistent with overweight or obesity
- Have weight-related medical conditions such as prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, or fatty liver disease
- Have struggled to lose weight despite diet and exercise
- Have experienced weight regain after previous weight loss
- Are interested in prescription weight loss medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
- Want a medically supervised, evidence-based approach to weight management
Comprehensive Weight Loss Evaluation
Your initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of factors that may influence weight and metabolism.

Your evaluation may include:
- Medical history
- Weight history
- Current medications
- Previous weight loss treatments
- Nutrition and eating habits
- Physical activity
- Sleep habits
- Stress and lifestyle factors
- Laboratory review when appropriate
- Screening for medical conditions that may contribute to weight gain
This comprehensive evaluation allows us to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your health history, goals, and clinical needs.
Personalized Treatment Plans
Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan that may include one or more of the following:

- Nutrition counseling and dietary recommendations
- Physical activity guidance
- Lifestyle and behavioral modifications
- Sleep optimization
- Ongoing accountability and follow-up
- Prescription weight loss medications when clinically appropriate
- Management of contributing medical conditions
Treatment recommendations are adjusted over time based on your progress, goals, and response to therapy.
Prescription Weight Loss Medications
For appropriate patients, prescription medications may be recommended to support weight loss, improve metabolic health, and help achieve long-term weight management goals. Medication selection is individualized based on your medical history, current health conditions, previous treatment response, potential side effects, insurance coverage, and overall treatment goals.
Depending on your individual clinical needs, treatment options may include:
- Tirzepatide (Zepbound® and Mounjaro®) – A dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist that helps regulate appetite, increase feelings of fullness, improve blood sugar control, and promote significant weight loss.
- Semaglutide (Wegovy® and Ozempic®) – A GLP-1 receptor agonist that helps reduce appetite, slow gastric emptying, and support sustained weight loss when combined with lifestyle modifications.
- Oral weight loss medications, including Contrave® (naltrexone/bupropion) and other FDA-approved medications, when clinically appropriate.
Medication availability, insurance coverage, and prescribing recommendations may vary based on individual medical history, eligibility criteria, and clinical judgment. Not all patients are candidates for every medication. During your consultation, your provider will discuss the potential benefits, risks, expected results, possible side effects, and cost considerations to determine the treatment option that best aligns with your individual health needs and weight loss goals. Medication is only one component of a successful weight management program and is most effective when combined with healthy lifestyle changes.

We make every reasonable effort to obtain insurance coverage for medically appropriate weight loss medications by submitting prior authorizations when required. Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company, and we are unable to override coverage denials. If your medication is not covered, we will discuss alternative treatment options that may be appropriate for your individual needs.
Ongoing Monitoring
Successful weight management requires ongoing follow-up and adjustment of your treatment plan.
During follow-up appointments, we monitor:

- Weight loss progress
- Medication effectiveness
- Potential side effects
- Blood pressure
- Laboratory results when indicated
- Nutrition and physical activity
- Achievement of treatment goals
Treatment plans are modified as needed to maximize results while minimizing side effects and supporting long-term success.
